ABOUT ME
MY STORY

I didn’t arrive at consulting through theory.
I came from the kitchen.
For years, I worked as a head chef and manager in France, Ireland, and Spain, in direct contact with the operational reality of day-to-day work: demanding services, teams under pressure, tight margins, and decisions that often leave little room for error.
That experience is the foundation of my work today.
A PRACTICAL VIEW OF REAL PROBLEMS
Over time, I understood something essential:
many of the problems that appear in kitchens have little to do with talent and much more to do with lack of structure.
When there are no clear systems:
- costs get out of control
- teams burn out
- decisions are made under urgency
- growth becomes risky
My work is about helping bring order to that space between the original idea and daily operational reality.

INDEPENDENCE AND TRANSPARENCY
I don’t represent brands, suppliers, or external solutions.
This allows me to work with full independence and focus only on what truly makes sense for each project — without conflicts of interest or shortcuts.
Transparency is a core part of how I work, both in the analysis and in the decisions that are made.

HOW I SUPPORT PROJECTS
I work from a close, honest approach, adapted to each project.
I don’t impose rigid methods or generic solutions.
I analyse the context, listen, and build systems together with each business — systems that can be maintained over time.
This means:
- understanding the identity of the project
- respecting its rhythm
- making decisions with operational and financial criteria
The goal is not to change everything, but to create a clear foundation that allows work to continue with more calm and perspective.

WHO I WORK BEST WITH

My work fits particularly well with people and teams who:
- want to understand what is really happening in their kitchen
- are willing to review processes
- look for sustainable solutions, not quick fixes
- value a clear and honest working relationship
When that foundation exists, results tend to be consistent.
